These Terms and Conditions govern use of shugart.construction and the Cody Shugart Construction Website Lead Alerts SMS program. By using the website, you agree to these terms.
Estimate requests
Submitting an estimate request does not create a construction contract, guarantee availability, or establish a final price or schedule. Project scope, pricing, materials, payment terms, and scheduling must be agreed separately in writing.
You agree to provide accurate contact and project information and not use the form for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
SMS program terms
Program name and description
The program is called Cody Shugart Construction Website Lead Alerts. It sends automated internal SMS notifications to the owner and authorized staff when an estimate request is submitted through shugart.construction. Website visitors and customers are not enrolled in the SMS program by submitting the public form.
Consent and eligibility
Only authorized business recipients who have expressly consented directly to Cody Shugart Construction are added to the program. The consent language is: "I agree to receive automated SMS notifications from Cody Shugart Construction when an estimate request is submitted through shugart.construction. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help."
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on website estimate submissions. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's mobile plan.
Opt out and support
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After opting out, the recipient may receive one confirmation message and will receive no further program messages unless they enroll again.
If a recipient opts out by mistake, they can text START, YES, or UNSTOP to the same Twilio phone number. Twilio will confirm the renewed opt-in and allow messages from that number to resume. Cody Shugart Construction cannot override an SMS opt-out on the recipient's behalf.

Carrier disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on carrier networks and compatible devices.
Privacy
